Training

The Seagulls masters session are taken by our Head Coach and offers swimmers an educational, challenging and fun route for competitive swimming. The programme offers technique development and ideas for fitness sets for swimmers to complete in the week around their set training with in the club.
Seagulls Masters Competitors Compete and represent Seagulls at County, Regional and National Level, and were crowned Dorset Champions in 2008. Around these competitions swimmers often compete in local Masters Open Meets and take part in Open Water Swimming Events.
